We include automated 24/7 offsite monitoring on all of our VPS plans free of charge. We monitor every aspect of your server including Ping, HTTP, MySQL, Named, Server load and more!
Your VPS can be deployed with either DirectAdmin or cPanel/WHM as the control panel. Both of these panels allow you to manage all aspects of your VPS via an easy to use GUI.
All Cloud Servers run on server grade hardware with RAID protected NVMe SSD drives, DDR4 RAM and current gen AMD Epyc processors. All of the datacenters we use are Tier 4 providers and use only premium bandwidth, giving you the best possible access times.

All of our Cloud VPS plans are available in both the USA and Europe. During the checkout process you will see an option called "Server Location" at which point you can select the desired location.
Yes, we take snapshots of every VPS that we host and these can be used to do a full server restore. If you would also like file level restores, this option is available as an additional addon. File level restores allow you to restore individual files, folders and databases whereas snapshots only allow us to restore an entire server.
Yes! We are happy to provide quotes for custom Virtual Server solutions, these include configs with differnt operating systems and different management levels. Please contact a member of our sales team and we would be happy to discuss your requirements.
Yes! Unlike other managed service providers, we do provide you with full root access to the VPS (unless you don't want us to!). We also provide you with the Virtualizor control panel which allows you to boot, reboot and stop your VPS via an easy to use GUI.
