Unlike our standard Shared hosting packages, each of your websites will have its own cPanel control panel and its own Linux username. This means that each site is 100% isolated from everything else on the server, meaning no two websites can negatively impact the other.
CPU & RAM resources are assigned per cPanel account. This means on a standard Shared Hosting account each of your websites are sharing the same pool of resources. With each site running on an individual cPanel, 100% of the resource pool is dedicated to each individual website.
Malware on your website can cause endless problems for both you, and your website visitors. That's why D9 Hosting perform malware scans on all hosting accounts every 24 hours. If our scanner picks up anything malicious on your account we send you a notification and give you time to fix the issue.

We all love free! And whilst we know it wont be a deal breaker for you, we're happy to be able to offer you a totally free domain name registration of your choice when you sign up for any of our D9 Multi Site hosting packages.
We have servers in both the UK and the US and you can choose which location you prefer during signup. Both of the datacenters use only premium bandwidth and server grade hardware ensuring the best possible uptime and performance for you, and your websites.
The Web Host Manager (WHM) control panel allows you to create hosting/cPanel accounts for each of your websites. It gives you complete control over the resources you allocate to each website (Disk Space, Bandwidth, etc) via an easy to use GUI (Graphical User Interface).
A slow website is an huge cause of visitor churn so it's vital that your website loads as quickly as it possibly can. That's why we run CloudLinux + OPCache + LiteSpeed API on all of our servers to make your websites load quicker than the competition. There's also the option to upgrade to SSD servers with double the RAM for websites that need ultimate performance.
Our Multi Site plans are a great, cost effective way to keep your websites secure. Many clients choose to host multiple websites on our standard shared hosting accounts due to the low pricing and this is fine if you're only hosting a handful of static websites but in the day and age of the open source CMS this can cause big security problems.
On a standard shared account each site is hosted on the cPanel, under the same linux userID. This means that the bad guys (hackers!) only need to find a weakness in any file, under any of your websites and if they're able to break in then they have full access to every website that you host on the account.
On our D9 Multi Site web hosting plans each of your websites is hosted on its own cPanel account, independent of the others. Meaning if you were unlucky enough for one of your sites to be hacked, it would only impact that one website and not every website you've ever created. Keeping all of your websites segregated is one of the most important parts of website security and is often overlooked in the attempt to save a few dollars. We've seen clients who've ended up with every website they own being hacked due to hosting them all under the same cPanel account and can assure you, that in hindsight, they'd much rather have gone down the multi site route than trying to save a few dollars!
By default each cPanel account is limited to 100% of 1 CPU core and 1 GB of RAM. We find these limits provide the perfect balance between optimum website performance and server stability. We also offer premium shared hosting plans on pure SSD servers and 2 GB RAM per cPanel account for users that require more resources. This option can be selected during checkout. If you do find you need more resources than our shared plans provide then it's likely you would benefit from moving to a VPS or Dedicated Server.
Yes! If you have never used the WHM control panel before then don't panic. The Web Host Manager control panel is globally the most widely used control panel and pretty much every web host that offers Multi Site and Reseller Hosting is using the same WHM control panel. There is, of course, a reason for this! The control panel provides you with a very easy to use GUI (graphic user interface) and allows you to perform any and every task that's associated with managing a hosting account, be it the initial set up of a hosting account, all the way through to suspending and terminating the account if you have a client that doesn't pay their web hosting bill (if you're using the Muli Site to sell webspace to friends, family and/or clients)!
Yes! If you've fallen into bad practices in the past and have been hosting all of your websites as addon domains under the same cPanel account then help is at hand! We would be delighted to convert all your addon domains over to standalone cPanel accounts totally free of charge. This is a service we offer to all of our clients and there's no limit to the amount of addon domains that we will convert for you.
